BenQ unveiled its next-generation smartboards, the BenQ Board Pro RP04 and BenQ Board Master RM04. According to BenQ, the Board Pro RP04 and BenQ Board Master RM04 smartboards are India’s first fully integrated smartboards with Google Mobile Services (GMS) and have received official certification under the Google Enterprise Devices Licensing Agreement (EDLA). This collaboration allows corporate and educational users to access Google’s suite of applications and APIs, enhancing the experiences of business professionals, students, and educators. With GMS support, they seamlessly integrate various Google services like Google Drive, Maps, Meet, and YouTube. Users can install and use Google Workspace apps such as Docs, Sheets, and Slides directly from Google Play. In addition to GMS integration, the smartboards are equipped with EZWrite 6 whiteboarding software and InstaShare 2 wireless screen-sharing solution. EZWrite 6 enables engaging sessions with specialized tools, while InstaShare 2 supports up to nine people sharing and controlling their screens simultaneously, promoting collaboration. Both devices support encrypted network communications and proxy-level security options, and BenQ hosts its cloud services on a secure AWS cloud infrastructure. They also support Text-to-Speech functionality for the visually impaired, multilingual translation for diverse language support, and Optical Character Recognition (OCR) to convert images and documents into editable text.
