Dahua Technology, a world-leading video-centric AIoT solution and service provider, has launched its AirShield security solution that utilizes advanced, stable and reliable RF communication technology and cloud service, including not only alarm hubs, various detectors and accessories, but also several software apps for end-users, installers and security companies.

The Cloud-based mobile and PC apps of Dahua AirShield enable end users, installers, and security companies to remotely manage their alarm system and receive alarm events, anytime and anywhere. Users can add and delete devices and partitions, create users and edit permissions, configure system parameters, check device status, arm/disarm alarm system, etc. All events, such as alarms, faults, arming/disarming and operations, can be sent to mobile and PC apps instantly via push notifications, phone calls or SMS. Through the images or videos from PIR-Cams and IPCs linkage with detectors, users can remotely verify alarm events. In addition, installers can provide customers with device health management service when managing their sites. Dahua can display ARC information on the mobile apps of users and installers if the ARC has signed up for a Converter account, making it easier for them to request alarm monitoring services.
