Dell has launched a new lineup of four AI-driven headsets, catering to both professional and everyday users. These headsets are designed to provide excellent noise cancellation and comfort for extended use, making them suitable for all-day conferencing and improving the user experience. The company says that the tech is “AI-driven”, using the tech to distinguish between human voices and surrounding noises more accurately, and filtering out the latter. The wireless model specifically also features hybrid ANC for even better noise cancellation across a broader range of sound frequencies.
The WL5024 and WH5024 are identical in specs except for connectivity options, for which the wireless model utilizes Bluetooth 5.3 to maintain up to two simultaneous device connections. The wireless model also comes with up to 78 hours of listening time on a single charge via USB-C, or an optional charging dock that provides 8 hours of runtime from 15 minutes of fast charging. Both models feature Hybrid ANC and AI-assisted noise reduction on the microphone for clearer communication.
The WL3024 wireless headset and WH3024 headset come without ANC, though both feature AI noise cancellations on microphones. The wireless headset offers up to 41 hours of listening time and 26 hours of talk time with Busy Light turned off and features the same Bluetooth capability as the WL5024 model.
