GoPro has officially announced the new Hero 12 Black in India. The camera arrives with some notable specs and features. In 5.3K60 recording mode, the Hero 12 can shoot for 70 minutes on one charge, whereas the Hero 11 Black would give up after 35 minutes. All that improvement, however, doesn’t come from packing a larger battery inside – it’s still 1,720 mAh, so GoPro must have made some dramatic improvements in battery consumption instead. The Hero 12 Black also supports wireless audio recording from products like the Apple EarPods. The Hero 12 Black offers great video stabilization even as the camera rotates 360 degrees. Notably, GoPro subscribers get access to automatic cloud uploads with unlimited storage and a damaged camera replacement offer. As the name suggests, the camera comes in black and features a durable and waterproof body.
