Inno3D currently offers two liquid cooled RTX 4090 graphics cards: the iChill Frostbite and iChill Black These two cards share the same PCB design, but they differ slightly in their water-cooling setups. The iChill Black model comes with a full water loop, complete with an external 240mm radiator. On the other hand, the iChill Frostbite requires an existing custom loop since it is equipped with a waterblock that cannot function independently. Both new products are equipped with full-coverage water blocks, implying their use as part of systems with customized LSS circuits. The Frostbite Ultra model received a 24 + 4 phase power supply subsystem and has a listed TDP of 500 watts. However, the owner of the graphics card can use proprietary software to increase the power limit of the graphics card to 600W.

The card features chrome plated G1/4″ threads, which should be taken into consideration when planning a new PC build or upgrading an existing one. The Ultra model comes with an acrylic waterblock that features ARGB lighting, providing a visually appealing look. In terms of performance, the Ultra offers a 2595 MHz boost clock. The RTX 4090 iChill Frostbite Pro GPU is advertised at 2520 MHz. The TDP of the novelty is 450 watts.
