The Core i5-13490F and Core i7-13790F are two 65W processors to be sold exclusively in China. These are special edition models that ship in a distinctive black boxes and have slightly modified specs compared to globally available models. The Core i7-13790F is now confirmed to be 16-core processor with 8 Performance and 8 Efficient cores. This is the same configuration as i7-13700F. Even the max turbo clocks for Performance and Efficient cores are the same, at 5.2 GHz and 4.1 GHz respectively. The main difference between both models is the L3 cache size, which is bigger on the 13790F. Performance wise, the 13790F scores 836 points in single-thread CPU-Z benchmark and 12139.8 in multi-threaded workload.
