TCL has announced two new smart TVs in the Indian market. Called the TCL C755 and P745, these high-end TVs come with cutting-edge display tech onboard. Additionally, the panels also support high refresh rate for gaming. The TCL C755 QD Mini LED 4K TV is the higher-end model, featuring a brighter display, It’s available in various sizes from 50 inches to 98 inches. The display panel is VA with Mini LED technology, offering a 4K UHD resolution. With a 144Hz refresh rate, Variable Refresh Rate (VRR), and 240Hz Display Latency Gauge (DLG), it aims to deliver smooth visuals. The TV comes with a contrast ratio of 6000:1, 550 nits of brightness, and supports HDR formats including Dolby Vision IQ, HLG, and HDR10+. It’s powered by the AiPQ Processor 3.0 and runs on Google TV with built-in Google Assistant. Smart features include Game Master 2.0, Miracast, video chat, and quick settings. For audio, it offers a 2.1 channel system with Dolby Atmos and DTS-HD+DTS Virtual X. Connectivity options include Bluetooth v5.2, Wi-Fi 6, and more.
The TCL P745 4K UHD TV is a more budget-friendly option available in sizes from 43 inches to 85 inches. It features a VA panel with DLED backlight technology and offers a 4K UHD resolution. Like the C755, it has a 144Hz refresh rate with VRR and DLG, a 6000:1 contrast ratio, and support for various HDR formats including Dolby Vision. It’s powered by the AiPQ Processor 3.0 and runs on Google TV with built-in Google Assistant. Smart features include Game Master 2.0, Miracast, video chat, and quick settings. The audio setup is a 2.1-channel system with Dolby Atmos and DTS: X. Connectivity includes Bluetooth v5.0 and Wi-Fi 5. Both TVs have a slim design, offer multiple HDMI options, and support VESA wall-mounting.
